Strategic Launch Advisor / Fractional COO to Build a National Behavioral Health Training & Continuing Education Institute About us We are a newly established professional education and leadership development organization focused on advancing the behavioral health workforce through continuing education, clinical supervision, leadership development, executive coaching, consulting, organizational development, and professional certificate programs. Our vision is to become a nationally recognized institute that equips behavioral health professionals, healthcare organizations, nonprofit leaders, and government agencies with our training, evidence-informed education, and organizational consulting that improves workforce effectiveness and client outcomes. The organization is headquartered in Ohio and will serve clients nationwide through virtual education, consulting, certification programs, and select in-person trainings. About the Opportunity I am seeking an experienced Strategic Launch Advisor/Fractional COO to serve as a trusted executive partner during the launch and early growth of the Institute. This is not a virtual assistant or administrative role. I'm looking for someone who has successfully built, launched, or scaled a professional education organization, consulting firm, healthcare organization, certification institute, or learning business and can help translate vision into a scalable organization with strong operational systems. Project Objectives The selected consultant will work collaboratively with me to: - Assess the current business model and organizational strategy - Refine our service offerings and pricing model - Develop a scalable operational infrastructure - Recommend business systems and technology platforms (CRM, LMS, automation, etc.) - Develop a continuing education and accreditation roadmap - Design organizational structure, staffing recommendations, and standard operating procedures - Create financial projections and revenue diversification strategies - Develop measurable KPIs and executive dashboards - Prioritize initiatives into a practical implementation roadmap - Provide executive coaching and strategic guidance throughout the engagement Expected Deliverables By the conclusion of this engagement, I expect to receive: - Executive organizational assessment - Strategic business and growth plan - 12-, 24-, and 36-month implementation roadmap - Operational infrastructure recommendations - Technology ecosystem recommendations - Accreditation and continuing education strategy - Organizational staffing plan - Financial and pricing recommendations - Executive KPI dashboard - Actionable implementation plan with priorities and timelines Ideal Qualifications The ideal consultant has experience in one or more of the following: - Fractional COO or COO - Founder or executive of a professional education organization - Healthcare or behavioral health consulting - Continuing education providers - Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Professional certification programs - Organizational strategy - Management consulting - Executive leadership - Startup growth and operational scaling - Healthcare or nonprofit leadership Experience building organizations in regulated industries is highly preferred. If we are a strong mutual fit, there is significant potential to continue working together through an ongoing strategic advisory or Fractional COO relationship as the Institute expands nationally.
