Strategic Long-Term Short Form Vertical Social Media Business and Brand Video Editor

I need a short-form social media reels editor that can turn a lot of my long-form content from my business and brand projects, into STRATEGIC, QUALITY and well-performing short-form social media reels. This may include reels for places like doctor's offices, dental practices, laser eye surgery places, and more. I am a full time videographer and just don't have the time to edit both short form content and long-form content. See links below for the quality and types of reels I am looking for. This position can turn into full-time if the right person performs well, fast enough, and is actually consistent and understand how to produce QUALITY content that matches the quality of my existing work and makes the audience trust the brand/business, engage, or feel educated on the topic. I have had horrible luck with Editors off of Upwork so I'm still looking for the right person... I can pay $40 per each QUALITY reel made. The video editor MUST meet the following requirements: -MACBOOK PRO (M1 or later) USERS ONLY. NO WINDOWS USERS. PERIOD. Every single editor I have ever hired off of Upwork with a Windows laptop has failed them and I need an editor with a reliable laptop. NO EXCEPTIONS. -MUST have a fast enough laptop or computer with enough power (32gb ram recommended) SSD, and extra SSD storage for files. -MUST know how to perform the following technical editing skills specifically in Premiere Pro: must know how to use warp stabilization, speed ramping, PROPER COLOR GRADING WITH CURVES AND LUTS FOR A CLEAN, SLOG 3 LOOK, dynamic transitions, PROPER sound mixing, TYPOGRAPHY AND TEXT ANIMATIONS, and well performing storytelling to perform well on social media. -MUST be able to download numerous and large files, and deliver files via dropbox. Projects can vary from 10gb of footage to 200+gb of footage. -MUST be fast at communication. -MUST use Premiere Pro or DaVinci. Preferably Premiere Pro for sharing of project files. NO CAPCUT USERS. -Reels also need light leaks and film burns where appropriate and no stupid CapCut glitch transitions or cheap "vintage style" overlays. Can provide color style examples after being hired. Reel style: -bright with exposure usually bumped up a bit, slight contrast, shadows and blacks dropped slightly, highlights and whites adjusted as needed with Neutral Phantom LUT provided. LUT needs to be applied to each clip BEFORE color grading.
