Strategic Partnership Coordinator (Healthcare, Longevity & Wellness) Overview HEAL Longevity is a rapidly growing longevity, functional medicine, and health optimization company focused on helping patients improve healthspan, vitality, performance, and long-term wellness through advanced testing, functional medicine, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and personalized care. We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Partnership Coordinator to help us build and manage referral relationships with professionals and organizations that align with our mission. This is not a traditional sales role. Your primary responsibility is developing strategic partnerships and referral relationships with professionals who already serve our ideal patients. Examples include: Functional medicine providers Integrative medicine practitioners Nurse practitioners Physical therapists Chiropractors Personal trainers Gym owners Wellness centers Longevity clinics Health coaches Nutritionists Medical spas Concierge medical practices Biohacking communities Corporate wellness groups The goal is to create win-win relationships that generate patient referrals and expand awareness of our services. Responsibilities Partnership Development Identify potential referral partners Research organizations and decision-makers Build outreach lists Conduct email outreach Conduct LinkedIn outreach Schedule introductory meetings Follow up with prospects Maintain relationship pipelines Relationship Management Develop long-term professional relationships Keep partners informed about services Coordinate educational opportunities Assist with onboarding new partners Help partners understand referral processes Outreach & Networking Contact local and regional businesses Reach out to gyms and fitness facilities Reach out to healthcare providers Attend networking opportunities when applicable Identify new partnership opportunities CRM Management Track outreach activity Track partner relationships Maintain notes and follow-up schedules Generate weekly activity reports What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days: Build a database of qualified referral partners Schedule introductory meetings with prospective partners Establish multiple active referral relationships Create a repeatable outreach process Become a trusted representative of the HEAL Longevity brand Long term: Build a scalable referral network Generate consistent patient introductions Help expand HEAL Longevity's market presence Become a key growth driver for the organization Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you have experience in: Healthcare business development Medical sales Wellness industry partnerships Strategic partnerships Physician relations Referral marketing B2B relationship development Fitness industry networking Community outreach You should be: Highly personable Organized Self-directed Professional Relationship-oriented Comfortable speaking with business owners and healthcare professionals Able to represent a premium healthcare brand Compensation Open to: Hourly Part-time Full-time Retainer + performance bonus Commission structure Hybrid compensation models Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and ability to produce results.
