## About Us We are a growing e-commerce company serving the U.S. market in the kitchen appliance and bathroom fixture industry. Our goal is to expand brand awareness, referral traffic, and revenue through strategic online partnerships. We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to identify, negotiate, launch, and manage partnerships with relevant websites, publishers, influencers, industry organizations, and complementary brands. ## Scope of Work Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage our online partnership program from prospecting through execution. ### Responsibilities * Research and identify high-value partnership opportunities * Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels * Build relationships with potential partners * Negotiate partnership terms and collaboration structures * Develop affiliate, referral, content, and co-marketing partnerships * Coordinate implementation with our internal website and marketing teams * Track partner performance and provide regular reporting * Recommend improvements based on traffic, lead, and revenue data ### Potential Partner Types * Home improvement websites * Interior design blogs * Bathroom and kitchen industry publishers * Contractors and remodeling communities * Architects and designers * Affiliate publishers * Influencers and content creators * Complementary home improvement brands ## Required Experience * 3+ years in partnerships, business development, affiliate marketing, or strategic alliances * Experience generating partnership opportunities through outbound outreach * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills * Experience managing partnerships for e-commerce or consumer brands * Comfortable working with performance metrics and ROI analysis ## Preferred Experience * Home improvement, kitchen, bath, furniture, or building products industry * Affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, CJ, PartnerStack, or similar * Shopify or e-commerce experience * SEO and content partnership experience ## Deliverables During the first 60 days, we expect: * A qualified partnership prospect list * Outreach strategy and cadence * Active partnership conversations * Signed partnership agreements * Performance tracking framework * Monthly partnership performance report ## To Apply Please include: 1.
