PR Strategist or Agency on Retainer: USA & UK Media Relationships, B2B Tech

About us: We are a scaling HR technology firm with a global footprint and operations across the UK, North America, and several other markets. We are building our public profile from the ground up and need an affordable PR partner who can help with strategy and execution on an ongoing basis. What we need: We are looking for an experienced PR consultant to work with us on a monthly retainer. You will help us run our PR function, including: - PR and media strategy, built around our growth priorities - Press release writing and distribution - Media pitching and outreach across the UK, Europe, and North America - Crisis and issues management when needed - Ongoing advisory on how we position announcements (leadership news, market expansion, partnerships, milestone moments) Must haves: - Existing, direct relationships with journalists or editors in the UK, Europe, or North America. This is the core of what we are hiring for. Please be specific about which markets and which kinds of outlets you can reach - Several years of B2B PR experience, ideally including technology or professional services - A track record of securing coverage in business and trade press, not just distribution - Comfortable helping us build our PR function. - Strong written English and a sharp instinct for what makes a story land Nice to have: - Experience in HR tech, enterprise software, or related sectors - Crisis and issues management experience How to apply Tell us briefly about a PR programme you have run end to end, including a piece of coverage you are proud of and how you secured it.
