Stream Operations Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy Stream Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our streaming department. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth stream execution, managing operator performance, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing workflows, and supporting creators and team members to achieve operational goals. Key Responsibilities - Manage the daily operations of the streaming department and ensure all shifts are adequately staffed. - Lead, coach, and develop Stream Operators to maintain high performance and accountability. - Monitor stream performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming software, equipment, connectivity, and platform functionality. - Work closely with Team Leads and Management to implement operational strategies and process improvements. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and platform requirements. - Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership. - Coordinate scheduling, shift coverage, and resource allocation across the department. - Support onboarding and training of new Stream Operators. - Act as the primary escalation point for operational and technical concerns. - Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. Requirements - Previous experience managing streaming, operations, customer support, moderation, or similar teams. - Strong technical troubleshooting skills and confidence working with streaming platforms, software, and online tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Discord, and operational reporting tools. - Experience with performance management, scheduling, and workforce planning is preferred.
