Location: Schuylkill River Trail, Philadelphia Project Deadline: 19 July 2026 Target: 2,000 Unique Runner Images We are seeking a reliable photographer based in or near Philadelphia to support a fashion research and study project athleisure fashion trend analysis. Project Objective Capture high-quality images of runners at the Schuylkill River Trail following detailed photography guidelines and delivery schedules. Photography Requirements: 1. Capture 2,000 unique runners by 19 July 2026. 2. One runner per image. 3. Runners must be photographed from the left side, framed from shoulder to toe, ensuring a clear view of apparel and footwear logos. 4. Clear visibility of shoes, tops, and bottoms is mandatory. 5. Images must be sharp, well-lit, and free from motion blur. 6. Marathon, race bib, group runner, front-facing, heavily cropped, filtered, or low-quality images will not be accepted. Shooting Schedule: 1. Preferred shooting days: Saturday and Sunday mornings after sunrise, when runner traffic is highest. 2. Weekday shoots are also acceptable based on photographer availability; however, weekends are strongly recommended to achieve the target efficiently. 3. Multiple sessions may be required to reach the project goal. File Requirements 1. JPEG/JPG format only. 2. Original image quality must be maintained, only half face to be cropped. neck to toe should be visible. 3. Images should be uploaded to a dedicated Google Drive folder. Weekly Deliverables 4. Photos must be uploaded every Monday following each shooting weekend. 5. Consistent weekly uploads are mandatory to enable ongoing quality review and progress tracking to reach 2000 runners. 6.Final delivery of all approved images must be completed on or before 19 July 2026. Ideal Candidate 1. Experience in street, sports, outdoor, or event photography. 2. Ability to follow detailed image capture guidelines. 3. Reliable, organized, and able to meet weekly delivery commitments. 4. Comfortable working independently in public outdoor environments.
