Stripe Billing VA — Dunning Setup, Past-Due Recovery Outreach & Weekly Revenue Reconciliation

SaaS company on Stripe ($297-$997/month subscriptions). Our billing hygiene needs an owner: failed payments go unnotified, past-due subscriptions sit uncollected, and test records pollute reporting. Setup week (~6-8 hours), then ~3-5 hrs/week ongoing. SETUP WEEK: - Configure Stripe customer emails (failed payment, expiring card, renewal reminders) and Smart Retries. All settings changes are pre-approved by us in writing before you touch them. - Run a recovery campaign on our past-due subscribers: personalized email + payment link from our templates, two touches, log responses - Flag test/demo records for our approval, then remove them from production reporting - Set the failed-retry policy per our spec ONGOING WEEKLY: - Monday report: MRR movements, new subscriptions, cancellations, failed payments, past-due list with aging - Reconcile Stripe new subscribers vs CRM records vs ad-platform leads (we provide the format) - First-response outreach on every new failed payment within 24 hours REQUIREMENTS: - Stripe dashboard fluency: subscriptions, invoices, billing settings, revenue recovery - Clear, polite written English for customer payment outreach (you will use our templates) - A rule you must be comfortable with: you never cancel a subscription or change a billing setting without written approval per instance - Access is via a Stripe Analyst role invite.
