Structural Design Engineer for Septic Tank

We need an experienced structural design engineer to design two almost identical concrete septic tanks. The tanks will be 4m x 4m x 3m high each. One tank will allow for percolation into the ground, and the other tank will be a holding tank [No percolation into the ground]. The selected engineer must be capable of independently performing all the engineering design/analysis necessary to design the tanks and produce construction ready drawings with little guidance. Your work will be checked and approved by a licensed structural engineer, and you must be prepared to answer any questions (if any) by the senior engineer. You do not need a PE license. This project requires the use of AutoCAD. You must have access to a recent version of AutoCAD to be considered. A structural analysis/design program can be used but is not required, hand calculations are fine. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in structural engineering and a strong knowledge of local, state, and federal engineering codes and standards. Provide Below: 1) Your profile or resume, highlighting your experience working on similar projects. 2) 2 complete sample sets of your past structural engineering project [To include both drawings and the accompanying engineering calculations] 3) The samples shall be of concrete structures, preferably similar to this project. Scope of Work: 1) Perform all the engineering required and design the new concrete septic tanks. 2) Prepare and provide calculations and drawings for review by the senior structural engineer. 3) Prepare and provide final Construction drawings incorporating the senior engineer’s comments. Deliverables: 1) Complete engineering calculations printout (From hand calculations or whichever software was used) 2) Complete construction drawings showing plans, sections, and details of the two tanks. 3) The calculations printout shall list all the assumptions and any other information used on the project. 4) All the original native files (AutoCAD, Staad Pro, Excel, and any other programs) used on the project.
