Structural Engineer for U.S. Building Codes

We are looking to hire a qualified structural engineer with strong experience in U.S. design standards and American building codes. The candidate must have real experience with: Wood-framed residential and light commercial structures High-wind design and lateral load resistance Structural calculations and construction drawings IBC, IRC, ASCE 7, NDS, and AWC wood design standards Load paths, shear walls, hold-downs, headers, beams, posts, foundations, and connections Permit-ready structural drawings for U.S. jurisdictions Important: DO NOT apply unless you are truly qualified. We do not have time for applicants who are guessing, learning basic structural design, or unfamiliar with U.S. code requirements. If you cannot independently design and check wood structures under American standards, including high-wind conditions, please do not apply. Only serious, experienced structural engineers should apply. Be prepared to discuss previous U.S. projects, design methods, code references, and sample calculations during the interview.
