Structural Engineer

Structural Engineer (Remote) – Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position supporting U.S.-based projects during Monday–Friday U.S. business hours. The ideal candidate has a strong background in structural engineering and building design, with hands-on experience performing structural analysis, solving engineering problems, and designing structural systems for residential and commercial projects. Position Details Position: Structural Engineer Job Type: Full-Time Location: 100% Remote Schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. business hours Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for residential and commercial buildings. Develop structural solutions for steel, concrete, and wood-framed structures. Perform engineering calculations and hand calculations to validate designs. Prepare structural calculations, reports, and supporting documentation. Review architectural drawings and coordinate with project teams. Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and engineering standards. Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients in English. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering. Proven experience in building structural analysis and structural design. Strong ability to solve engineering problems and perform hand calculations. Experience designing one or more of the following structural systems: Steel Reinforced Concrete Wood Proficiency with one or more of the following structural engineering software: STAAD.Pro ETABS RAM Structural System RISA Experience with additional structural analysis software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is an advantage, but these are not the primary qualifications. We are specifically seeking candidates with strong structural engineering and analysis experience, not solely drafting or BIM modeling experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on U.S.-based residential and commercial projects. Familiarity with U.S. building codes and design standards.
