Structural Engineer — PEMB Foundation Design for 3-Building Flex Warehouse Park (Wilmer, TX) Project overview: 3 single-story PEMB buildings, approx. 75,000 SF total Building 1: 38,841 SF | Building 2: 23,700 SF | Building 3: 13,338 SF Scope of work: Foundation design (slab on grade per geotech recommendations) using PEMB manufacturer column reactions and anchor bolt plans Slab-on-grade design including joint layout Sealed foundation plans, details, and general notes suitable for city permit submittal Anchor bolt setting plan coordination with PEMB vendor Respond to city plan review comments (one round included) What I'll provide: Geotechnical report PEMB reaction packages and anchor bolt drawings from the manufacturer Architectural and civil drawings Requirements: Able to get me a Texas P.E.
