Structural Packaging / Dieline Designer – Tall Custom Cardboard Structure with Shaped Flaps

We’re developing a custom tall cardboard structure and looking for a strong structural designer who enjoys creative problem-solving and can help shape the final result. The piece is a 4-sided corrugated cardboard product standing 4.5 feet tall by 16 inches wide. It features one custom-shaped flat pop-out panel that needs to feel like a natural, intentional extension of the existing character artwork we already have. We have solid art direction and existing character artwork. This isn’t a straight copy-and-paste job — we’re looking for someone who will think about how the shaped panel integrates visually and structurally so the whole thing feels distinctive and well-designed when assembled. What we need: - A clean, production-ready dieline in Adobe Illustrator - Thoughtful placement and shaping of the flat pop-out panel - Ideas on how the existing artwork can flow across the structure and onto the shaped panel in a way that feels cohesive and unique - Final files ready for a cardboard printer Project specs: - Finished assembled size: 54" tall × 16" wide - 4-sided structure - One single-layer shaped flat pop-out panel (die-cut to follow the artwork) - Corrugated cardboard What we’ll provide: - Our existing character artwork and visual references - Clear direction on the overall direction we’re going for - Open collaboration as the design develops We’re a small team that values designers who take initiative and bring their own ideas to the table.
