So the scope is already spelled out by the city — no guesswork. Everything is organized and ready to go: the city's comments, the current plans and calcs, all PDFs. I can send it over and hoping to resubmit within a week. Prefer a California-licensed PE who'd be stamping this, and someone who is current on ASCE 7-22? City also requires a wet-signature image on the seal, not digital.
