Summary

We are looking for a drafter to support the plan development side of our engineering firm. The immediate project need is for plan set development of the complete replacement of the lower level (foundation, framing, etc.) of an existing residential structure for which we have a Revit as-built model. This project will be a complete plan set with architectural and structural sheets for the City of San Francisco. We generally have about a dozen active projects (primarily geo-structural) for which we could incorporate a new CAD technician into our workflow. Ideally looking for a contract to hire individual.
