Structural and Architectural Permit Drawings Needed for City Approval

Hi, I’m looking for someone to help prepare structural and architectural drawings for a small residential project that I’m trying to get permitted with the city. I already have a basic layout and some sketches, but I need proper drawings that I can submit for approval and later send to an engineer for review and stamping. Scope includes: • Floor plan cleanup and organization • Basic structural layout (beams, columns, etc.) • Drawings formatted for permit submission • Clear enough for engineer/PE to review and stamp This is a small job to start, but I may have more work if things go well. Please share similar work if you have any. Budget is limited for this first task. Thanks
