Structural and MEP Engineer for Medical Office

Structural and/or MEP Engineer for Alabama Medical Office Building (Stamped Drawings Required) We are seeking an experienced engineer or engineering firm for a new Medical Office Building project in north Alabama. We already have an architect working on the architectural design and layout. We are now looking for engineering support for the Structural and MEP portions of the project. We are open to: • A single consultant or firm that can provide both Structural and MEP services, or • Separate consultants who specialize in either Structural or MEP design. Project Information: • New construction Medical Office Building • Location: Muscle Shoals Alabama, USA • Commercial project • Architectural design currently in progress • Engineering drawings will need to coordinate with the architect’s plans Requirements: • Experience with commercial and in particular medical office, clinic, healthcare, or professional office experience. • Familiarity with applicable building codes and ADA requirements • Ability to provide stamped/sealed drawings required for permitting in Alabama • Strong coordination skills When Applying, Please Include: 1.
