Stucky Bathroom Remodel Job Description Scope of Work: Master Bathroom Architectural Rendering Project Objective: To create a detailed and realistic 3D rendering of the new space’s designs, incorporating specified architectural and design elements to visualize the final layout and finishes. Deliverables: 1. Initial 3D Rendering and Design Plan: Multiple views in a realistic format using V-Ray or a similar program, including the following key features: Layout: Refer to the Proposed Plan to reflect the new bathroom layout. Bathroom will no longer have a tub also, built in tall tower cabinet will feature 3 drawer base with upper doors, paint grade same color as vanities Shower will feature two shower heads and frameless enclosure Eliminate the whole existing wall that separates the tub/shower. Design: Vanities should be a Mushroom like paint color (Shitaki by sherwin williams) Floor tiles for shower walls and bathroom floor should be white with a beautiful gold/grey/black veining Bathroom counters to be a simple white quartz Vanity light and faucets should be a beautiful gold color 2. Revisions: Two revisions included, as needed, to refine and finalize the design. Expectations and Communication: The rendering should accurately depict the new area’s layout and finishes, providing a clear and realistic visualization. Regular communication should be maintained throughout the project for clarification and progress updates.
