Student Recruitment Consultant / Parent Liaison for Online English Academy (Performance-Based)

English Planet (https://www.english-planet.com/) is an online English learning startup dedicated to helping young, beginner to intermediate English speakers build real confidence. Our program is tailored for students aged 5–15 who have had at least 6 months to 1 year of prior English instruction (CEFR A1–B1 level) and need a supportive environment to transition from shy learners to confident speakers. We are looking for a well-connected local recruitment partner or community manager based in Bangkok or another major city in Thailand. You will leverage your local networks and parent communities to identify potential students, guide parents through our program philosophy, assist with scheduling, and onboard students into our free trial classes and paid subscriptions. This is initially a one-time recruitment contract with significant potential for ongoing, multi-milestone work as you successfully bring in more students. We offer students three free trial classes (3 hours on 3 different days) and then ask parents to buy our 10 class packs (500 THB a class). Each student you get to sign up we pay you $50. More students, more payments. Key Responsibilities: Student Sourcing: Reach out to legitimate local parent networks, community groups, and connections (note: eligible students must be independent leads, not immediate family or household members). We will ask for documentation. Parent Communication & Liaison: Act as the local point of contact to explain English Planet’s teaching philosophy, answer questions, and address parent concerns in their native language (Thai or Mandarin Chinese). Once they are onboarded, we will take it from there. Onboarding & Coordination: Facilitate scheduling for 3 free trial classes per student and serve as a communication bridge between parents, students, and our team. Conversion: Guide interested parents through the final enrollment and payment process. Requirements: Location: Based in Bangkok or a major Thai city with deep roots in local families or international/bilingual school parent communities. Language Skills: Native or fluent in Thai and/or Mandarin Chinese, with strong professional English skills to communicate smoothly with our team. Most students are Chinese or Thai, though any new students are welcome - so if you speak the relevant language, great! Network: Demonstrated connections to parent communities, mother groups, education forums, or local youth activity networks. Communication Skills: Empathetic, trustworthy, and clear communicator who can represent our brand philosophy with care. Compensation Structure (Milestone-Based): $50 USD per Successfully Enrolled Student A payout milestone is triggered once a recruited student completes all 3 free trial classes AND officially signs up for a paid course program. Note: Additional milestones will be opened and funded continuously for each new student you recruit.
