Student Success Coordinator for Real Estate
Worldwide
Student Success Coordinator Cash Flow Hunter | Part-Time (Remote) About the Role Cash Flow Hunter is a real estate coaching and mastermind community that helps students find, analyze, and close motivated-seller real estate deals. We're looking for a Student Success Coordinator to be the day-to-day point of contact for our students — keeping them on track, answering questions, and making sure no one falls through the cracks. This is a part-time, remote role, ideal for someone organized, warm, and comfortable communicating with people daily over text and in a community setting. What You'll Do Send weekly check-in texts to students, using our CRM phone number, provided templates, and our student tracker Monitor where each student is on our 4-month roadmap (LLC formation → goals/buy box → first lead pulled → training checkpoints → first offer made → marketing plan → first direct mail) and flag anyone falling behind Watch for early churn signals (missed check-ins, going quiet, missed payments) and run our "ghost recovery" outreach scripts Keep the student tracker spreadsheet updated milestone dates, last contact) Help host or co-host group coaching calls as needed with guest speakers Report weekly on student status, at-risk students, and any recurring questions/issues worth addressing Routing student questions: General questions → direct the student to bring it to the next group coaching call Personal questions, or anything sensitive → direct the student to book a 1-on-1 call with the coach Any sign a student may be considering stopping payments → escalate immediately and direct them to book a 1-on-1 call with the coach, rather than trying to resolve it yourself What We're Looking For Strong written communication — friendly, clear, and encouraging tone Highly organized; comfortable following a system/tracker rather than winging it Prior experience in a coaching, course, membership, or customer success role a plus Comfortable with basic tools: spreadsheets, text/SMS platforms, community platforms (e.g. Skool, Facebook Groups, or similar) Self-starter who can work independently once trained, without needing daily oversight Real estate investing knowledge is a bonus but not required — the roadmap and FAQ will guide you Details Hours: Part-time, roughly 15-25 hrs/week to start (may grow over time) Schedule: Flexible, with some availability needed for scheduled group calls Compensation: $15-20/hr, based on experience Start: Training provided using our existing student roadmap, templates, and tracker To Apply Send a video or voice memo on why you'd be a good fit, along with any relevant experience in coaching, community management, or customer success.
