Studio Assistant + Architectural Designer (Part-Time, Remote) We’re looking for a highly organized and design-minded Studio Assistant + Architectural Designer to support a growing multidisciplinary design practice. This is a remote, part-time role for someone who enjoys wearing many hats. One day you may be helping develop architectural drawings, and the next you may be coordinating meetings, sourcing products, organizing project files, preparing presentations, researching materials, or assisting with studio operations. We’re looking for someone who loves design just as much as they love being organized. Position Details * Part-time (approximately 10–15 hours per week) * Fully remote * EST working hours preferred, with flexibility outside standard business hours when needed * Compensation: Based on experience Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary from project to project and may include: * Architectural drafting and modeling * Design research and precedent studies * Product and material sourcing * Presentation and graphic preparation * Renderings and visualization support * Construction drawing assistance * File organization and studio documentation * Calendar management and meeting coordination * Executive and administrative support * General studio operations and miscellaneous design tasks Preferred Background * Architecture or Interior Design student, recent graduate, or early-career professional * Previous personal or executive assistant experience is a strong plus * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable * Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities * Strong design judgment and visual taste Software Preferred * Rhino * AutoCAD * Revit Helpful * SketchUp * Adobe Creative Cloud * Enscape * Bluebeam * Figma * AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) Languages Required * English Helpful * Filipino / Tagalog * Spanish * Darija What We’re Looking For We’d rather hire someone with excellent design taste, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn than someone who knows every piece of software but lacks attention to detail or initiative. Curiosity, clear communication, professionalism, and ownership of your work go a long way.
