3D/Stylized Game Artist

Project overview We're building a gamified "Career Journey" progression experience for our website, a finance/trading product. We need a cohesive set of premium illustrations that take a user on a rags-to-riches climb — from a run-down subway car up to a pristine futuristic rooftop glass office — in a polished, soft-cell-shaded 3D style (think modern/3D Rayman / high-end mobile-game key art). This is a well-specified job: we already have a detailed art-direction pack, locked house style, color system, exact prompts per asset, and reference images. We're hiring an artist to take it from rough drafts to professional, consistent, production-ready final art. Deliverables 1 cohesive "tapestry" progression map— one tall portrait image: 10 floating "island" zones in a misty green void, connected by a single glowing gamified path (beaded line + a node at each zone). Total: 11 final images. Possible follow-on work (4–6 more themed worlds). Style: "Luminous Soft-Cell" — polished soft-cel 3D, smooth materials, rounded forms, cinematic light/bloom/DOF, premium. Not flat 2D, gouache, photo, low-poly, or stiff CGI.
