Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Healthcare Management | Graduate-Level Online Course

We're building a fast-track, graduate-level online course in Healthcare Management in partnership with an accredited university, and we need an experienced Subject Matter Expert to serve as the academic face of the program. This is an on-camera role. You'll bridge academic theory with real-world healthcare management practice, developing original course content and delivering it through professionally produced video lectures. What You'll Do: * Translate complex healthcare management concepts into clear, applied learning. * Support competency-driven, problem-based learning design. * Design learning activities, quizzes, and graduate-level assessments * Create "Real-Life Problem Solving" case studies based on authentic healthcare scenarios (clinical decision-making, ethical dilemmas, operations, crisis management) On-Camera Delivery: * Record approximately 35 videos (5-6 minutes each up to 210 minutes total runtime) * Deliver polished "talking head" instructional segments * Work comfortably with teleprompters, studio lighting, and multi-take recording What We're Looking For: *Strong academic and/or professional background in Healthcare Management (systems, operations, or medical management) * Proven on-camera or instructional presence — webinars, lectures, or video teaching experience * Experience developing graduate-level or higher-ed course content * Comfort with case-based, competency-driven teaching methods * Familiarity with Canvas LMS or similar platforms (a plus) * Ability to work independently, remotely, and meet a tight project timeline To Apply * Please include in your CV a brief note on your Healthcare Management background (academic + practitioner experience) * Any experience designing curriculum or academic content Sample links to webinars, lectures, or video presentations (if available) * Your availability to start
