Substack Setup & Configuration Specialist

Substack Expert Needed – 60 - 90 Minutes Setup & Strategy Session This is an implementation project, not a consulting project. I am looking for someone who can complete the setup and configuration, then provide a brief walkthrough of what was completed. I recently launched a new Substack publication and am looking for an experienced Substack user to spend approximately 60–90 minutes with me reviewing my setup and helping optimize the platform correctly from the beginning. This is not a content writing role. This is not social media management. This is not a long-term consulting engagement. I am specifically looking for someone who understands Substack itself and can walk me through the platform, settings, best practices, and optimization opportunities. Areas I'd like help reviewing: • Publication settings • SEO and discoverability settings • Recommendations and growth features • Sections and publication organization • Paid subscriber setup • Podcast and audio features • Website editor and branding settings • Email and welcome sequence settings • Analytics and subscriber tracking • General Substack best practices Review current Substack Configure all settings Connect domain (if needed) Configure branding Configure payments Configure podcast Configure welcome email Create sections Review SEO fields Submit completion checklist About me: I am building a global creator-led media brand focused on relationships, communication, self-love, emotional intelligence, and modern love. I already have branding, content direction, graphic design support, and a Stripe account. I am simply looking for an experienced Substack user who can help ensure I am setting up the platform correctly from day one. Ideal Candidate: • Has personally built or operated a Substack publication • Understands audience growth and newsletter strategy • Has hands-on experience with Substack's features and settings • Comfortable reviewing screens live and answering questions • Prefers practical implementation over theory Project Structure: Fixed price: $75 - $150 Expected duration: 1–2 hours maximum.
