Substack growth expert, writing agent, and manager needed

Hey there! I'm currently looking for someone who can help guide me and my brand to the next level of success. I currently have over 50,000 fans on Medium and over 5,000 readers on Substack. Here's the rub: I'm getting out of a horrible situation, have gotten BADLY burnt by other creators, and seem to be at a plateau. With that said, I am still a Substack bestseller. I just need more marketing and direction. Most of my work is in feminist writings, psychology, sexuality, economics and politics. I'm known for having a fiery brand and a checkered past. I need the following in an assistant: 1) You need to help me grow. As in, you need to help me get my writing out there, ideally to the right people. 2) You need to help me stay on task. Literally. Remind me what I have to do if you see me lagging. 3) You need to be able to do some media outreach on my behalf, find decent working partners, and also help me form connections in the writing industry. 4) You need to help me determine what's a viable way to publish my book. I WILL NOT SELF PUBLISH EVER AGAIN. 5) You have to be willing to sign an NDA as well as a management contract. 6) You also have to be able to carefully screen opportunities as they come along. If you notice red flags or have heard bad things about a creator, make sure that they don't reach me. 7) You also have to corral me once in a while. If you see I'm not okay, tell me to not write anything. I tend to overwork myself into a spiral. Honestly, most of this will not take more than 5 hours a month. As of right now, growing my blog and online persona is the biggest target. I'm willing to offer a percentage fee on top of the base hire pay after 3 months. I make money, you do too. Actual agencies and teams are also welcome.
