Looking for an extremely smart and experienced fashion industry professional with proven past work in sales and financial planning to help define a sales strategy for a new brand selling a 3.000€ handbag and other items. We’re looking for a senior fashion-industry professional to define the commercial strategy for a €3,000 handbag from the ground up. This is a strategic, hands-on engagement (fractional or consultancy basis) working directly with founder leadership. You’ll own the question of how this product sells — the channels, the pricing logic, the sell-through model, and the financial plan underneath it all. What we’re looking for • Proven track record in luxury or premium fashion sales, ideally including accessories or leather goods. • Demonstrable experience in financial planning / commercial modeling — you can move fluently between strategy and a spreadsheet. • A real network or working knowledge of wholesale, stockist, and private-client channels in luxury. • Comfort operating in a small, founder-led environment where you’ll define the playbook rather than inherit one. • Sharp commercial instinct for where a young, design-led brand should and shouldn’t compete.
