We're Holistic Growth Lab. We build conversion architecture for DTC supplement brands — from positioning and unique mechanisms to compliant, persuasive copy that converts on cold traffic without FDA letters or account shutdowns. We're looking for a Supplement Advertorial Copywriter who has lived inside the DTC supplement world — not studied it from the outside. What you'll write Meta and native advertorials for supplement brands across US, AUS, and EU markets. Listicles, personal story ads, exposé formats, hybrid formats. Copy that moves cold traffic through a belief shift before they ever hit the product page. This is not general copywriting. Every piece you write has to be scientifically grounded, compliant with FDA/TGA/EFSA, and built to convert. If you don't know what a structure/function claim is or why "reduces cortisol" gets an ad pulled, this is not the right role. You are the right person if: You have 3+ years writing advertorials specifically for DTC supplement brands — not health and wellness generally, not fitness, not beauty. Supplements. You have worked in-house or directly embedded with a DTC supplement company. Agency experience alone is not enough. You understand FDA structure/function claim requirements and have written copy that has passed compliance review. You know what you can say and what will get an account shut down. You are scientifically literate. You can read an ingredient study, understand what it shows, and translate it into persuasive consumer language without overclaiming. You know direct response. You have studied the greats — Halbert, Hopkins, Schwartz, Bly. You think in hooks, belief shifts, and conversion mechanisms, not brand voice and storytelling. You have a portfolio of live advertorials from supplement brands — not drafts, not spec work. Real campaigns that ran. What we will look at in your portfolio We will read every word of every piece you submit. We will look for: how you handle compliance without killing persuasion, how you structure a belief shift, how you handle mechanism language, and whether your hooks would stop a cold audience mid-scroll. We will look up whether the campaigns you reference actually ran. If your portfolio does not show supplement-specific advertorial experience, your application will not move forward. What you will NOT fit in if: You have never worked inside a supplement DTC brand Your compliance knowledge is theoretical rather than applied You rely on emotional storytelling without scientific grounding
