Supply Chain & Backend Manager – Fashion E-commerce / Dropshipping

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Backend Manager to help manage the day-to-day backend operations of our fashion e-commerce business. We are specifically looking for someone who has experience working with fashion dropshipping stores and understands the operational side of running and scaling an e-commerce business. Your responsibilities will include: Checking and verifying supplier invoices and costs Managing and monitoring order fulfillment Checking order tracking and identifying delayed or problematic shipments Communicating with suppliers and resolving fulfillment issues Experience with PayPal disputes, chargebacks, and providing tracking/evidence Monitoring operational issues that could lead to refunds, disputes, or customer complaints Keeping the backend organized and making sure orders are being processed correctly You should have a strong understanding of how fashion dropshipping operations work, especially when working with suppliers and fulfillment from China. Experience with Shopify, PayPal, chargebacks/disputes, order tracking, and supplier management is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to identify problems before they become bigger issues.
