# 👗 Supply Chain Manager — Fashion Dropshipping (German Market, €1M+/Month) 🇩🇪 We're a fashion dropshipping brand doing over one million per month in the German market 💶. At that volume, supply chain isn't admin work, it's the difference between a healthy month and a month buried in disputes. German customers expect accurate product descriptions, realistic delivery times, and fast answers when something goes wrong. We need someone who already understands that. You won't be thrown in alone 🤝 Our Head of Supply Chain, who has run this exact role here for over two years, will onboard you and work alongside you. ## 🎯 What You'll Own **🔍 Quality control.** Run quality checks on all best sellers, plus weekly checks on the current weekly winners. Compare real supplier photos and videos against what's live on our website — color, material, sizing, pockets, buttons, zippers, all of it. Anything that doesn't match goes back to the supplier immediately. **💬 Supplier communication.** Stay in constant contact with suppliers on orders, stock, quality, sourcing, and shipping. Request actual photos, videos, size charts, and material specs. Chase unresolved issues until they're closed, and escalate fast when a supplier goes quiet or when customers and sales are being affected. **📦 Parcel Panel monitoring.** Track orders sitting in *Info Received*, *Unfulfilled*, and *Pending*. Find out why they're stuck and get them moving with the supplier. **🚫 Out-of-stock management.** Keep a clean overview of every OOS product and variant. Confirm availability with suppliers, source alternatives from other factories when needed, tell the Ads Manager to pause spend 📉, and make sure the website reflects reality. **🎧 Customer service coordination.** Work closely with our CS team on OOS orders and decide the right solution — alternative color or size, similar replacement, wait for restock, or cancel and refund.
