Supply Chain / Sourcing Manager — Remote

Description: We're an Amazon FBA brand scaling quickly. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Sourcing Specialist to support our product sourcing operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sourcing products from China, and brings excellent skills in supplier communication, data analysis, and organization. Responsibilities: - Handle daily supplier communication (WeChat/WhatsApp) during - Chinese business hours - Negotiate price and MOQ within agreed limits - Track samples, POs, production, and shipping across all active SKUs - Book and manage pre-shipment inspections - Catch quality or spec issues early and push back when needed - Keep a shared status tracker up to date Requirements: - 2+ years sourcing/supply chain experience with Amazon FBA or ecommerce brands - Proven track record negotiating directly with Chinese factories - Familiarity with AQL inspections, Incoterms (FOB/EXW/CIF), and FBA shipping requirements - Strong written English; Mandarin fluency strongly preferred - Available during Chinese business hours (~8pm–4am EST) Sharp judgment, reliable follow-through, and comfort using tools like Notion How to Apply: Please submit: - A brief introduction highlighting your relevant experience - Examples of past sourcing projects, including quotes requested, negotiations conducted, and how you organized supplier data to support decision-making We review every application carefully and look forward to finding a skilled professional to join our team.
