Supply Chain & Warehouse Coordinator
Worldwide
Berry AI is a computer vision company building analytics and security camera products for major US quick-service restaurant brands. Our Implementation team deploys camera and networking hardware to restaurant locations nationwide, and we're hiring a Supply Chain & Warehouse Coordinator to keep that hardware flowing. This is a long-term, full-time (40 hrs/week) ongoing hourly contract, not a one-off project. You must be available to work US Central business hours. What you'll do Vendor sourcing and procurement: find and vet new suppliers for hardware we currently buy retail (cables, mounts, networking gear, cameras, and related install equipment), comparing on price, MOQ, lead time, and reliability. This is the core of the role. Inventory and PO management: monitor stock levels, run the reorder cycle, and place purchase orders so deployments never stall waiting on parts, without over-ordering. Shipping and logistics coordination: coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to multiple restaurant sites, track against install dates, and resolve carrier delays, returns, and RMAs. General operations and project management support: keep trackers and status updates current, coordinate across the team, and help move deployment projects forward. Requirements Fluent written and spoken English Available to work US Central business hours Hands-on experience with inventory or purchase-order systems Ecommerce, procurement, or logistics operations background Strong attention to detail and a reliable system for tracking many items and shipments at once Nice to have Experience sourcing US-based suppliers or distributors Familiarity with hardware, electronics, or networking equipment Experience coordinating multi-site deployments To apply, please answer these three questions in your proposal: 1. Describe a specific time you sourced a new supplier. What was the item, and what tools or methods did you use to find and evaluate options? 2. Explain the relevant experience you have in warehouse management. Let us know the industry, type of the role, and rough size of the operation. 3. What are your available working hours in US Central time? Applications that don't answer all three will not be considered.
