Support Team for Document Management

We're a U.S.-based technology consulting firm building out a dedicated support team for our document management platform practice. We serve clients in the U.S. and Canada, focusing on document management and workflow automation. The role involves providing customer support, troubleshooting, and training clients on our platform. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and technical support, with strong communication skills. Required: 2+ years software development or technical support experience Solid JSON skills — reading, writing, and debugging structured data Strong SQL — writing queries, investigating data issues, basic stored procedures Experience with at least one general-purpose language (C#/.NET preferred; JavaScript a plus) Understanding of REST APIs and how to debug HTTP requests/responses Clear written English and disciplined ticket documentation habits Reliable overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (state your daily overlap hours in your application) Nice to have: Prior document management, ECM, or workflow-automation platform experience Experience integrating with ERP systems (JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc.) OCR / AI document-indexing exposure
