Support and Testing Specialist

Circle Software develops a cloud application which is used by bookshops in New Zealand, Australia and the US. We are seeking a practical problem solving support and testing specialist in South America (in a good time zone) to support North American customers. You would need to isolate software issues reported by customers, test solutions, and roll out solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing and QA, with a strong ability to identify and resolve technical problems and role solutions out to customers. This role requires good English communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will also be supported to develop technical skills and use them to develop and improve the systems you use. This is a good opportunity for someone that would like to become a software developer.
