Job Title: Remote IT Support Technician (Part-Time) MSP Location: Remote (Must be available daily from 10:00am – 2:00pm AEST) Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday Pay: Regular weekly pay every Friday Start Date: Immediate Language Requirement: Must speak and write clear English Equipment Requirement: Must have a webcam for regular team meetings ________________________________________ About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and professional Remote IT Support Technician to assist our existing clients. This is a part-time role that requires strong communication skills and a solid foundation in desktop support. (Office 365, Network Support & Managed Services) Full support and training will be provided to ensure your success in the role. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Provide remote desktop support to clients using our RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) platform • Communicate with clients via remote session, email, and voice call • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and professional manner • Assist with the preparation of monthly client reports • Collaborate with our internal team during scheduled meetings • Maintain accurate records of tasks and communications
