## Upwork Job Posting – SurveyMonkey Skills Matrix Design We are seeking an experienced SurveyMonkey and survey design specialist to develop a skills assessment questionnaire and reporting template for our retail sales team of approximately 20 employees. ### Project Objective Our goal is to create a skills matrix that allows us to: * Assess the capability and knowledge of each team member. * Identify individual skill gaps. * Identify business-wide training needs. * Track competency across key retail sales and operational skills. * Provide a simple framework that can be updated and reused as our business evolves. ### Scope of Work We require a SurveyMonkey template that: * Includes a combination of multiple-choice (A, B, C, D or rating scale) and free-text questions where appropriate. * Produces results that can be easily analysed. * Populates a clear skills matrix or dashboard showing each employee's competency across different skill areas. * Highlights strengths and areas requiring development at both an individual and team level. * Allows us to easily add, remove or edit questions in the future without redesigning the entire survey. * Is intuitive and easy for our management team to use on an ongoing basis. ### Deliverables * A professionally designed SurveyMonkey questionnaire. * A reporting template or dashboard (Excel, Google Sheets or SurveyMonkey reporting) that automatically converts responses into a skills matrix. * Documentation explaining how to maintain and update the questionnaire and reporting. * Recommendations on best-practice survey design to maximise the quality and usefulness of responses. ### Ideal Freelancer We're looking for someone with experience in: * SurveyMonkey survey design * Employee skills assessments * Competency frameworks and skills matrices * Data reporting and dashboards * HR, learning and development, or organisational capability projects (preferred) Please include examples of similar surveys, skills matrices or assessment projects you have designed, together with a brief explanation of your approach.
