Sweepstakes Prediction Platform for Collectibles Auctions – iOS/Android, Dual-Currency Wallet, KYC
Worldwide
1. Accounts, wallet, and currency system, signup, dual-currency balances, gold coin purchase flow, free sweeps coin bonus distribution. 2. Market engine, admin panel for us to create a new prediction market (item, image, resolution source, close time), user-facing yes/no trading screen, live pricing. 3. Resolution and payout, marking a market settled, automatic payout to winning positions, redemption request flow. 4. Compliance layer, KYC verification tied to redemption, state-based geofencing, official rules and terms pages integrated. 5. Launch hardening, closed beta testing, app store submission for iOS and Android, 30 days of post-launch bug fixes included. We’re looking for a long-term engagement, not a one-off build. This is a fixed-price project through launch, with real potential for ongoing monthly maintenance and a longer-term or full-time role afterward for the right fit. We’re an active collectibles and auction business already, this app is a new product line, and we’re hands-on with the auction curation ourselves, so we need a technical partner, not just a coder taking a spec and disappearing. Please flag any experience you have with KYC, payment integration, or sweepstakes/gaming-adjacent apps specifically, that experience matters more to us than general portfolio size. 1. Live pool odds display. The trading screen should show real-time pool totals for each side of a market (e.g. Heads: $500 / Tails: $100) along with the current implied payout multiplier for each side, updating as new stakes come in. This is a front-end display on top of the pari-mutuel pooling logic in the market engine, not a separate pricing system. 2. Market pricing model: pari-mutuel pooling. To confirm the mechanic explicitly, markets should use pari-mutuel pooling rather than a manually set or algorithmically adjusted odds line. Two (or more) pools per market, house takes its cut (e.g. 8%) off the top of the combined pool at settlement, and the remainder is split proportionally among winning stakes. This structurally eliminates house exposure on a lopsided book, since payouts never exceed what’s actually in the pool. 3. Trivia app satellite-entry integration. Please quote as a separate milestone, not folded into the five above: gold coins should be usable to enter free satellite-style tournaments in our companion trivia app, where the winner earns a free entry (“seat”) into a paid, sweeps-coin money game, similar to a poker satellite structure. This requires the trivia app’s tournament/bracket logic to sit on top of the same wallet and account system built for this app, and we’ll want to discuss whether satellite winners’ seats are funded by us directly (house-funded) or handled some other way. 4. Future scope, not part of this build: we plan to eventually add short-horizon, fast-resolving markets tied to live sporting events (coin flip, “run scored in the 3rd inning,” similar in-game props), which will require a real-time sports data feed (SportRadar or equivalent) wired into the settlement engine for automatic resolution. Please note this in your architecture so the settlement system can accommodate an external live-data trigger later without requiring a rebuild, even though this isn’t part of the initial scope or quote.
