Swimwear and Tech Pack Designer

Hi! I’m launching a women’s swimwear brand and am looking for an experienced swimwear designer to help bring my first collection to life. I already have a strong vision for the designs and am looking for someone who can help turn my concepts into production-ready designs. Initial styles include: * Supportive bikini top designed for larger bust sizes DD-H * Mid-rise bikini bottom * Adjustable side bikini bottom featuring a non-tie adjustment system * Swim skirt with built-in shorts * Custom printed fabrics and patterns Key design goals: * Full-bust support and comfort * Adjustable sizing features to accommodate weight fluctuations and bloating * Wider gusset construction for improved comfort, coverage, and fit * Inclusive sizing and realistic body proportions * Stylish, modern, and edgy aesthetic * Durable, high-quality construction suitable for swimming and active wear Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can assist with: * Fashion sketches and mockups * Technical flats * Pattern development * Tech pack creation * Fabric and trim recommendations * Hardware recommendations (including swim-safe plastic adjustment hardware) * Sample development guidance * Manufacturer communication if needed Preferred experience: * Swimwear design * Lingerie or intimate apparel design * Full-bust sizing (DD+) * Pattern making and grading * Production-ready tech pack development Please include: * Portfolio examples * Previous swimwear projects * Experience designing for larger cup sizes * Whether you create patterns and tech packs * Estimated pricing for a first style or capsule collection I am looking to build a long-term relationship with the right designer as I grow this brand.
