Switzerland - Mystery Shop Audit: Geneva

We are seeking a detail-oriented Secret Shop Auditor to evaluate the operational standards and professionalism of a local testing center. In this role, you will pose as a regular test candidate to observe genuine staff behavior and facility conditions without revealing your identity as an auditor. Key Responsibilities: - Attend a scheduled exam for at least one hour to maintain the appearance of a genuine candidate. - Evaluate the check-in process, including staff professionalism and adherence to security protocols such as electronic device handling and clothing checks. - Attempt to enter the testing room with a cell phone in your pocket to see if it is detected by staff. - Verify the availability of required materials like scratch paper and test center responsiveness to candidate requests, such as breaks. - Capture a specific set of mandatory photos of the location, including the parking area, entrance, signage, accessibility features, and the waiting room - Update and submit a detailed pre-defined report in Word format within 24 hours of the audit completion.
