Symfonia data migration to Systim

I want to completely move away from Symfonia and migrate all information to Systim, including: • sales and purchase invoices, • a complete customer database, • the entire transaction history. I require full data consistency – after migration, all values, document numbers, dates, and relationships must match exactly with the existing records. The structure and format in the new system can remain identical to Symfonia or be optimized; I will make this decision together with my accountant, so I count on your advice and flexibility in this regard. The scope of work includes: 1. Analysis of the current Symfonia database and Systim's import capabilities. 2. Preparation of field mappings and any export-import scripts. 3. Test migration, consistency verification (balance checks, random document comparisons). 4. Implementation of corrections, followed by a final production migration. 5. Providing a short manual or online session explaining how to use the imported data. I am committed to confidentiality and minimal downtime in accounting.
