I am looking for an expert academic researcher with experience in conducting systematic literature reviews (SLR) for Scopus-indexed journal publications. The freelancer should have experience with: * Systematic Literature Review methodology (PRISMA preferred) * Developing research questions and search strategy * Scopus/Web of Science literature search * Thematic analysis and synthesis of literature * Identifying research gaps * Developing conceptual framework and manuscript structure * Academic writing according to journal standards Preferred: * PhD/research background in Management, HRM, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields * Previous Scopus-indexed publications
