Systems Administrator

Contract | Up to 40 Hours | $25/hour | One-Week Project We're looking for a highly organized, systems-minded professional to help build the operational foundation for our recruiting company. This is a short-term implementation project (up to 40 hours over one week) with the potential for future projects if it's a great fit. About Us We recruit and develop professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries. Our company focuses on attracting licensed and aspiring agents while creating efficient recruiting systems that can scale. Project Scope You'll help configure, organize, and optimize our recruiting technology stack, including: Pipedrive CRM Build and customize recruiting pipelines Create custom fields, filters, and reporting Set up automations and workflows Design activity tracking and follow-up processes Import and organize contacts Optimize recruiter dashboards RingCentral Configure phone system for recruiting Set up call routing, voicemail, and user profiles Integrate RingCentral with Pipedrive where possible Assist with SMS and calling workflows Recruiting Systems Recommend and implement recruiting best practices Help integrate or connect recruiting software and productivity tools Organize candidate tracking processes Recommend tools for scheduling, document collection, onboarding, and recruiter productivity Improve workflow efficiency across our recruiting operations Company Intranet (PEB) Build an organized internal company intranet through PEB Create pages for SOPs, training resources, recruiting materials, forms, and internal documentation Organize information so recruiters can easily access company resources Qualifications We're looking for someone with experience in: Pipedrive CRM implementation CRM automation and workflow design RingCentral administration Recruiting operations or talent acquisition systems Business process optimization Internal knowledge bases or company intranet development Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms (preferred) Deliverables By the end of the project, we'd like to have: A fully configured recruiting CRM in Pipedrive RingCentral configured for recruiting operations Core recruiting workflows implemented Initial recruiting technology recommendations A structured company intranet with organized documentation Documentation explaining how the systems work Budget Rate: $25/hour Maximum: 40 hours Timeline: Complete within one week
