# Senior AI Systems Architect – Build a "Jarvis" Multi-Agent AI Operating System ## About the Project I'm an entrepreneur who owns multiple companies across several industries, including: * Title & Escrow * Mortgage Lending * Real Estate Brokerage * Real Estate Investment Fund * Construction & Development * Property Management I'm looking for an elite AI Systems Architect to help me build what is essentially my own version of Jarvis from Iron Man using Claude Code and modern AI infrastructure. This is not a simple chatbot project. I want to build an AI Operating System that manages my businesses alongside me. The goal is to walk into my office and ask questions like: * Jarvis, what's happening across all of my companies today? * Which projects are behind schedule? * What marketing campaigns are underperforming? * Which sales opportunities need immediate follow-up? * What permits are delayed? * Which invoices haven't been paid? * What cash flow issues should I know about? * What should I focus on today? I want a concise executive briefing that pulls information from all of my companies. Then I want to assign work such as: * Draft SOPs * Build KPIs * Assign tasks * Follow up with employees * Analyze financials * Create reports * Write emails * Monitor projects * Update CRMs * Generate marketing campaigns * Schedule meetings * Coordinate departments * Execute repetitive workflows The vision is to have AI functioning as a complete executive leadership team. ## The Vision I want approximately 25 specialized AI agents, each responsible for a specific department. Examples include: * Executive Assistant * Director of Operations * Sales Director * Marketing Director * Construction Operations * Mortgage Operations * Title Operations * Controller / Accounting * Investor Relations * Social Media Manager * Real Estate Acquisitions * Property Management * Human Resources * Customer Service * Executive Reporting Each agent should specialize in its own function while sharing information with the rest of the system. ## Technical Experience Required You should have extensive experience with: * Claude Code * Anthropic APIs * Model Context Protocol (MCP) * AI Agent Architecture * Multi-Agent Systems * LangGraph * LangChain * Python * TypeScript * API Integrations * Automation Platforms * Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) * Vector Databases * Memory Systems * Knowledge Management * Prompt Engineering * Workflow Automation Bonus experience includes: * n8n * Make * Zapier * OpenAI APIs * Google Workspace * Slack * Notion * Airtable * ClickUp * Buildertrend * HubSpot * Salesforce * Business Intelligence Dashboards ## What Success Looks Like By the end of this engagement, I want: * A centralized AI Operating System * Approximately 25 specialized AI agents * Shared organizational memory * Secure access to company information * Executive dashboard * Daily executive briefings * Automated reporting * AI-generated SOPs * KPI monitoring * Cross-company visibility * Voice and chat interaction * The ability to delegate work to AI and have it execute tasks automatically whenever possible Eventually I want to simply say: "Jarvis, run my morning briefing."
