Systems & Automation Specialist

Prestige Bureau is looking for a hands-on Systems & Automation Specialist to own the technical execution behind revenue and client operations. This person will build, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the backend systems that support lead flow, sales, payments, onboarding, client communications, and program delivery. This is not a developer role. We are looking for someone who is highly resourceful with no-code tools, AI prompting, and technical troubleshooting. The right person should be comfortable using AI to diagnose issues, research solutions, write or refine prompts, configure tools, and figure out how systems should connect without requiring custom software development. Core responsibilities Revenue systems Build and maintain CRM workflows Configure forms, tags, pipelines, triggers, and lead routing Maintain webinar registration and follow-up automations Implement sales follow-up sequences Troubleshoot funnel and CRM issues Support RevOps with technical implementation of optimizations Maintain lifecycle stages and CRM data hygiene Payments & collections Manage Stripe products, payment links, payment plans, and customer portals Build failed-payment and collections workflows Maintain automated payment reminders Troubleshoot customer payment issues Connect payment events to internal workflows Document payment processes so the Founder is removed from routine payment administration Client operations systems Automate post-purchase onboarding Build client communications, reminders, and internal notifications Maintain client status and lifecycle tracking Support Client Operations with onboarding, graduation, offboarding, and expansion workflows Automate repetitive administrative work Lovable + internal tools Build and maintain lightweight internal tools using Lovable Modify existing Lovable applications and workflows Use AI prompting to troubleshoot issues within Lovable Build simple operational interfaces, dashboards, forms, and utilities for the team Connect Lovable tools to the broader operating stack where appropriate Work with AI-generated code when necessary to troubleshoot or configure functionality, without functioning as a traditional software developer AI-assisted troubleshooting Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants to investigate technical problems Write effective troubleshooting prompts Interpret error messages and identify likely causes Research implementation approaches using AI Test suggested fixes safely Iterate until systems work reliably Escalate issues that genuinely require developer-level expertise rather than attempting to engineer complex custom solutions What this role is NOT This is not: a software engineering position a full-stack developer role a product engineering role a custom application development position a role requiring someone to architect complex databases or write production software from scratch We want someone whose instinct is: “Let me figure out how to make these tools work together.” Not: “We need to build custom software.” Ideal profile Someone who: is unusually good at figuring things out can Google, prompt, test, and troubleshoot independently knows how to use AI as a technical copilot is comfortable working in Lovable understands no-code and low-code automation can work confidently inside Stripe and CRMs understands triggers, fields, conditions, webhooks, APIs, and integrations conceptually can read basic technical documentation can follow AI-generated technical instructions carefully knows when a problem is beyond their level and should be escalated documents systems after solving them does not require the Founder to troubleshoot alongside them Tools Experience with several of the following is ideal: Lovable GoHighLevel / FG Funnels Stripe Zapier and/or Make ChatGPT / Claude or similar AI tools Slack Notion Google Workspace webinar platforms scheduling and form tools basic API and webhook concepts Role mandate Remove backend technical execution and troubleshooting from the Founder by using no-code systems, automation, Lovable, and AI-assisted problem solving to make Prestige Bureau’s infrastructure reliable enough to scale.
