AP/AR Systems Integrator / Implementation Partner for Sandbox & Demo Environment Setup About the engagement Flagship Advisory Partners is a boutique consulting firm focused on payments and fintech. We are looking for an enterprise software / API specialist to support an engagement involving the setup of sandbox or demo environments for leading Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) platforms. Platforms of interest We are interested in obtaining sandbox, developer, test, trial, and/or demo access to platforms including: • Basware • BILL • Ramp • SAP Ariba • SAP Concur • Coupa • Billtrust • Esker • HighRadius • Versapay We do not expect a single freelancer to have experience with or provide access to all of these platforms. If you have relevant experience with one or several, please specify which ones when applying. Scope of work The selected specialist would support us with: • Identifying and providing legitimate sandbox, developer, trial, or demo access to relevant platforms • Familiarity with one or more of the USA, United Kingdom, or Singapore environments/instances of the platform • Setting up and configuring the environments for our use • Providing expertise on the platform • Configuring users, roles, permissions, and other relevant settings • Populating the environment with sample/test data where required • Advising on available functionality and limitations within the configured environment • Supporting API, authentication, or integration setup where relevant • Providing technical troubleshooting during the engagement The objective is to provide our team with functional, ready-to-use environments for the selected platforms. Ideal background We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in: • Enterprise AP/AR software • ERP and finance software • SaaS sandbox and developer environments • Enterprise software implementation and configuration • API integrations and authentication • AP automation, AR automation, invoicing, procurement, or expense management Experience working directly with any of the listed vendors, whether as an implementation consultant, solutions engineer, integration partner, customer, developer, or former employee, is a requirement. Duration Total duration up to 8 weeks, where in weeks 1-2 you will support us for approximately 20-40 hours per week, and then after the platform is configured, for 1-2 hours per week for up to 8 weeks.
