# AI Systems & Technical Lead (GoHighLevel + AI + Full Stack) **Part-Time | Remote | Long-Term Opportunity** Self Mind Operations is building an AI-powered marketing and automation platform for regenerative medicine clinics, and we're looking for our first long-term **AI Systems & Technical Lead**. This is **not** a typical GoHighLevel admin or developer role. We've already built much of our platform ourselves using **Claude Code** and **ChatGPT (GPT-5.6)** without a traditional software engineering background. We're looking for someone who can take what we've built, improve it, execute faster than we can, and help scale it across every client. ## What You'll Be Responsible For * Build and optimize GoHighLevel funnels, automations, workflows, calendars, forms, pipelines, and CRM systems. * Build and improve our conversational AI website funnel. * Build APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations. * **Implement Meta ads and build AI-assisted creative workflows.** * Use AI to help edit and enhance client videos into high-converting Meta ads, image ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and organic social media content. * Build repeatable systems that can be duplicated across multiple clients. * Continuously improve our platform using AI and automation. ## Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is **AI-native** and already uses AI as part of their daily development workflow. You should be comfortable using tools like: * Claude Code * ChatGPT (GPT-5.6 or newer) * Cursor * Windsurf * Lovable * Bolt * Replit AI * Other modern AI development tools We're **not** looking for someone who only uses AI to write emails or answer questions. We're looking for someone who uses AI to build, solve problems, move faster, and continuously improve systems. ## Preferred Experience * GoHighLevel * APIs & Webhooks * Full Stack Development * React or similar frameworks * Meta Ads implementation * AI-assisted development * AI-assisted video editing and creative production * Automation platforms ## Compensation * **$7/hour base plus bonuses ** * **10–20 hours/week to start** * **Performance income bonuses** tied to successful client implementations and project delivery * As we grow and bring on more clients, you'll have the opportunity to earn additional income bonuses based on the clients and projects you help build, launch, and support. * Long-term leadership opportunity with increasing hours, responsibility, and compensation as the company grows. ## To Apply Please include: 1.
