I am a Swiss-based business owner and technology consultant and I need a professional setup and clean‑up of my company presence across WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook. Over the years, several accounts and pages have been created (private and business), and I now want everything to be restructured properly and future‑proof, including a clean Meta Business Manager setup. 1. Scope of work a) Analysis & concept Review all existing assets: Personal Facebook profile(s) and existing Facebook Pages (private and business) Existing Instagram accounts (approx. 1–2 accounts) Existing WhatsApp numbers / WhatsApp Business app, if any Clarify which assets should be kept, merged, renamed or closed. Propose a clear, documented structure for: Meta Business Manager (business ownership, roles, access) Facebook Pages (per brand/company) Instagram Business accounts, correctly linked to the right Facebook Page WhatsApp Business accounts / numbers, correctly linked to Facebook/Instagram where useful b) Implementation Create or reconfigure: 1 Meta Business Manager for my main company (and additional Business Managers if really needed) Proper Facebook Pages for each relevant business/brand (with correct categories, address, impressum link, profile & cover images, etc.) Instagram Business profiles, converted from existing accounts where possible (no fresh followers lost if avoidable) WhatsApp Business setup for the company (including phone number(s), business profile, opening hours, links to FB/IG) Correctly link all assets: Facebook Pages ↔ Instagram Business profiles WhatsApp Business ↔ Facebook Pages / Instagram accounts (where appropriate) Clean up permissions and roles: Ensure that I (client) am the primary owner/admin of all business assets Define roles for team members/agency if needed c) Documentation & handover Short documentation (PDF or Google Doc) that shows: Final structure (which asset belongs to which company/brand) Where and how accounts are linked (Meta Business Manager, FB, IG, WhatsApp) How I can later add/remove people and manage permissions myself Optional: Quick Loom/video walkthrough of the final setup (preferred but not mandatory). 2. Requirements for the freelancer Please apply only if you: Have proven experience with Meta Business Manager / Meta Business Suite and configuring Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts and WhatsApp Business for companies. Can show concrete examples (screenshots or case studies) of previous setups you did for other clients. Are familiar with European/Swiss context (impressum, company info, etc.) – not mandatory, but a plus. Can communicate clearly in English or German (German is a plus). 3. What I will provide I will provide: List of all known accounts/pages (Facebook profiles, pages, Instagram handles, WhatsApp numbers). Access to my existing accounts (Facebook login, Instagram, WhatsApp Business where already existing). Company information for each brand: name, legal entity, address, website(s), logo/graphics, etc. 4. Deliverables Fully configured Meta Business Manager with: Correct business information and verified business email. All relevant Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts added and correctly owned. Active, working: Facebook Page(s) per brand Instagram Business account(s), linked to the right Facebook Page(s) WhatsApp Business account(s) with correct company profile, linked to FB/IG where appropriate Short documentation (and optionally a short video walkthrough). 5. Budget and timeline Please propose a fixed price for: Analysis & concept Implementation & documentation Desired start: as soon as possible. Expected duration: ideally within 1–2 weeks from project start (including review loop). When applying, please answer briefly: How many Meta Business / FB‑IG‑WhatsApp setups have you done so far?
