TPU compounding + test coupons and/or fine monofilament extrusion (small R&D trial)

I need a materials/polymer specialist to source a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), compound it with a filler I supply, and produce flat test coupons and/or a fine monofilament. Small R&D quantity, paid trial. You can run it yourself or subcontract the lab work, but I need one point of contact who manages it end to end. FILLER (I PROVIDE): short precision-cut nylon 6.6 fibres, two cut lengths: - 0.1 mm length, ~10-25 microns diameter - 1.6 mm length, ~10-25 microns diameter I will ship both to you. (Note: the 1.6 mm length is long relative to a fine filament diameter, so for Deliverable B please advise if it's spinnable at target diameter or if only the 0.1 mm is realistic.) There are two deliverables. Quote for ONE or BOTH, whichever you can do well: DELIVERABLE A (priority, simpler): compounded pellet + pressed test coupons - Compound the supplied nylon into the TPU at ~10-30% by weight (2-3 loading levels if material allows). - Produce flat test coupons: roughly 20-30 mm squares or discs, 1-3 mm thick, at each loading / fibre length (compression-moulded or sliced from a thick extrudate is fine). - Return coupons + leftover compound as pellet. DELIVERABLE B (harder, can be later): fine monofilament - Extrude the compound into a fine monofilament, target ~0.2-0.5 mm diameter (round or flat tape), enough length to handle and evaluate. - Return the filament. TPU TO SOURCE (need polyESTER-based TPU, not polyether) - Target grades: BASF Elastollan C-series (e.g. C 70 A / C 85 A), or Lubrizol Estane / Pellethane 2102 (80A / 90A), or equivalent polyester TPU in Shore 70-90A. - Small development quantity is fine (a few hundred grams to ~1 kg). - Please confirm the grade is polyester (not ether) and send the datasheet, including glass transition temperature (Tg). IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE TELL ME - Whether you can do A, B, or both. - Minimum material quantity you'd need, estimated cost, and LEAD TIME for each step (sourcing, compounding, coupons, extrusion) separately. - Your experience with TPU compounding and (for B) small-diameter / fibre-filled extrusion. - Confirmation you'll work under a mutual NDA before I share formulation details.
