Tagalog language coach/instructor

Hello! I am an expat living in Makati City, and I am looking for a dedicated, long-term Tagalog Language Coach to help me achieve fluency in order to better integrate to the Philippines. Schedule & Commitment: - 2 hours per night on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (6 hours total per week). - Time Slot: Sessions must take place online within the 22:00 to 06:00 (PHT) window. - Flexibility: Hours of instruction are generally flexible as long as they are within the 22:00-06:00 window on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. - Cancelation on my part: If I cannot commit to an instruction period you will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance. Regardless of circumstances, if you are not given at least a 2 week notice, you will continue to be paid for a maximum of 12 hours (6 instruction periods). - Cancelation on your part: I am flexible of circumstances. However, consistent unexcused cancellations or unreliability will result in the termination of our contract. Expectations: My budget is $6.00 to $9.00 USD (~₱350-500) per hour. Because this is a premium local rate for part-time tutoring, I am looking for an Expert-level coach who brings the following to the table: 1. A Structured Curriculum: I am not looking for casual conversation partners. You must have a clear syllabus, lesson materials (slides, PDFs, or worksheets), and a logical roadmap for an adult English speaker. We will balance grammar foundations with practical, local "Manila / Taglish" conversational context. 2. Graveyard Shift Reliability: You must be completely acclimated to working late-night/early-morning hours. High energy, focus, and punctuality during these hours are critical.
