Taiwan Privacy / Technology Lawyer Needed for LINE AI Messaging Product

We are developing an early-stage AI-enabled messaging product that integrates with LINE Official Account / Messaging API in Taiwan. We are looking for a Taiwan-qualified lawyer experienced in privacy/data protection, technology, SaaS, AI, and digital-platform compliance to advise on the proposed data-processing model before public beta. The initial consultation will focus on: Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act requirements Consent and privacy notice requirements in multi-user/group messaging environments Collection, processing, retention, and deletion of message-related data Treatment of derived/structured data created from user communications User access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal rights Separation of group/shared data and private user data Cross-border processing involving overseas cloud or AI service providers Relevant LINE Developer / User Data Policy requirements Whether the proposed product architecture creates any material legal or platform-policy issues We are looking for practical product-level guidance, not simply a generic Privacy Policy template. Initial deliverable 60–90 minute consultation Review of a simple private data-flow diagram Practical recommendations regarding consent, notice, retention, deletion, and access controls Short written summary of major risks and recommended changes before public beta A more detailed description of the product and data flow will be provided privately to shortlisted candidates.
