As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us recruit exceptional talent from around the world. Position Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You will identify candidates, review applications, conduct interviews, communicate with applicants, and help build high-performing teams across multiple departments. Responsibilities • Publish job advertisements across multiple platforms. • Source qualified candidates internationally. • Review resumes and applications. • Conduct screening interviews. • Assess candidates' communication skills and qualifications. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. • Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline. • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Prepare hiring recommendations. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience. • Help improve recruitment processes. • Recruit for a variety of positions including Content, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Product, Design, Engineering, Partnerships and other business roles. Requirements • Excellent spoken and written English. • Strong communication skills. • Comfortable conducting video or voice interviews. • Organized and detail-oriented. • Able to work independently. • Professional attitude. • Stable internet connection. • Personal computer or laptop. • Previous recruitment experience is appreciated but not required. Training will be provided. Preferred Skills • Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Indeed or other recruitment platforms. • Experience using Google Workspace. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. • Strong organizational skills.
